2008 and 2012 Olympian, Richard Buck is one of TeamGB’s most decorated sprinters of recent times, winning seven medals from World and European Championships. 

He recently retired from professional sport to accept a position at a top UK Drama School and focus on an acting career, this, coupled with his masters degree in Sports Coaching makes him an excellent Coach, Speaker and ambassador, as he brings a narrative and humour to his inspirational message. Richard has worked with over 60,000 students around the world and has spoken at national and international conferences.

Alfie trains and competes for City of York Athletics Club. In 2018 Alfie broke the National Indoor Championship record to become the U15 National Long Jump Champion. He has represented Yorkshire at the Inter-Counties Championships and his club at the Northern Championships. He has represented North Yorkshire at the English Schools Athletics Championships where he took part in the long jump and the 4 x 100m relay.

As well as Long Jump Alfie is a keen sprinter and footballer playing for club and school.
